You can change your delivery address as long as your order has not been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible (+32 800 824 02) and we will do everything we can to make the changes you require. Once your order has been processed, it is no longer possible to change it.
If you are not at home for a DPD delivery, you can change your scheduled delivery and select one of the following options:
- Have your parcel delivered to a Pickup parcelshop near you
- Choose a new delivery date
- Have your parcel delivered to another address
- Authorise the driver to leave your parcel in a safe place
If you do not enter your selection, DPD will return to your home on the following working day.
