What are the terms and conditions for returns/exchanges?

FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
If you don't want to keep one or more items, no problem. You have 30 calendar days to let us know after receipt of your package. 

You can use one of the following two options, free of charge:
Replacement order: we replace your first order. You will receive a confirmation email and new delivery information about the dispatch of your replacement order.

Full refund: we will refund the full value of your order via the payment method used to process your purchase.

All you need is your order number and email address to submit your request for a return/exchange. To do this, click on this form.

In the case of a return, our Customer Care team will send you a return label for our courier, DPD, and you can return your package for free via a Pickup ParcelShop

FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES
 You can request an exchange or a refund in store until 30 days from the date of your purchase.
